The Boneyard Arts Festival : this FRIDAY and SATURDAY!

We are excited about the Boneyard Arts Festival this weekend in Urbana at CU Studio Share!  With a variety of visual and musical artists, the weekend is sure to be a success.  Join us on FRIDAY, APRIL 12 from 9AM – 7PM or SATURDAY, APRIL 13 from 9AM – 7PM at 110 S. Race Street in downtown Urbana, to enjoy the work of these amazing artists:

Limited number of 6-month memberships available now!

Winter is upon us!  The days have gotten shorter – and colder – so now is a great time to offer indoor studio sessions to your clients!  With the change of seasons in mind, CU Studio Share is making a limited number of 6-month memberships available to help you get through the cold winter and wet spring months ahead.  To apply for the special 6-month membership, complete this membership application before Dec. 1, 2012.  If you have questions, contact info@custudioshare.com and we’ll give you some answers!  Here are the details:

Special 6-month membership begins December 1, 2012 and expires May 31, 2013

This membership includes 3 blocks per month (each block is 4 hours of time at the studio)

The monthly membership fee is $195 and includes utilities, cleaning, wireless internet, and props/furniture/supplies at the studio.

Bella Bambini Pop-Up Event at CU Studio Share

Here is a great example of how CU Studio Share can be used for a wide variety of events and purposes!

Highlights from the 2012 Boneyard Arts Festival

This was the first year that CU Studio Share participated in the Boneyard Arts Festival in downtown Urbana, and with 8 artists, lots of visitors, and a funky band in the evening… it was a great success!  Here are some images from the day, with all artists and contact information listed below… Hope to see you again soon!

Details about the 2012 Boneyard Arts Festival

We are excited about the response we’ve already gotten from artists interested in showing their artwork at CU Studio Share during the Boneyard Arts Festival on April 21, 2012!  Here are some details about what is available at the studio, and how to reserve a display area at CU Studio Share for this special event:

- There will be room for 8-10 artists at the studio, depending on the size and types of artwork on display.

- Artists are welcome to sell their work, and CU Studio Share will not charge a commission on any sales.

- Set-up for the festival will take place on Friday, April 20 from 6-8pm and Saturday, April 21 from 8-9am.

- The studio will be open to the public from 9am – 9pm on Saturday, April 21st.

- To reserve a display area, there is a non-refundable fee of $100 $50 if registering before 3/1/12 !!

To request a display area at CU Studio Share, simply fill out this form online and we’ll be in touch! If you’d like to stop by the studio for a tour before reserving a spot, we’ll be having an Open House from 7:30-8:30pm on Thursday, February 9th (yep, right after the Boneyard Connect from 5:30-7:30pm at 88 Broadway!)
